We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States and select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Kollany.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

• Express Shipping (23 business days): $12.00.
• Next-Day Delivery (next business day, order by 12 PM EST): $28.00.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Kollany.com pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your fragrance. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

• Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective.
