We didn't set out to create a fragrance brand. We set out to create the fragrances we couldn't find anywhere else - complex, long-lasting, honest about their ingredients, and priced without the luxury tax.
In 2019, our founder lise Moreau was working as a buyer for a luxury department store in Paris. She noticed something troubling: the price of a 50ml bottle had no correlation to the quality of its ingredients. Marketing budgets, celebrity partnerships, and opulent packaging were consuming 80% of what customers paid.
She asked herself a simple question: what if we spent that 80% on the juice instead?
Two years later, after collaborating with master perfumers from Grasse, researching supply chains from Oman to Haiti, and creating over 300 failed formulations, Kollany.com launched with ten fragrances that redefined what luxury could mean.
Today, those ten fragrances have found homes in 47 countries - and we have never wavered from the original vision.
We list every ingredient in every fragrance. We publish the name and location of every supplier we work with. We believe you deserve to know exactly what you're wearing on your skin.
We use the same raw materials as the world's most prestigious fragrance houses - Grasse rose, Haitian vetiver, Omani oud - because quality in the bottle is the only kind that counts.
Every raw material in our fragrances is ethically sourced and sustainably harvested. We work directly with growers and pay fair prices, because a sustainable supply chain is not optional.
Our master perfumers are classically trained in the tradition of Grasse - the perfume capital of the world. Each fragrance begins as a concept, a story, a feeling. It then goes through months of development: sourcing, testing, reformulating, testing again.
Our standard is simple: if a fragrance doesn't stop at least one member of our team in their tracks the first time they smell it, we go back to the drawing board.
